Officer Elections!!!

Thank you for your patience regarding our Spring Membership meeting and it's included elections. 

Our SPRING MEMBERSHIP MEETING will be held on June 6th at 4pm! 

Our meeting will include an election. At this time the following positions are up for election: 

• Executive Officer A a 2 year term
• Financial Officer- a special election- term ends Fall 2021
• Communications Officer- 1 year term 
• Advising Officer A- a 1 year term

Information about the positions can be found in our founding documents, and has been included in the nomination form as well. 

As per our By-Laws nominations can be made by any Council Member in good standing.  If you would like to nominate someone for any of the positions up for election please use this fancy google form! 

To update your membership please head to StoneCircleCouncil.org/Membership. 

Your status must be "Council Member" or "Council Member (monthly)" to participate in nominations, or elections. 

At this time you {Contact_First_Name} {Contact_Last_Name} are a {Member_Level}.

May/June Virtual Event Schedule

After such a delightful Beltane weekend, the Officers have been working to put together even more awesome virtual events! 

Each of these events will use the same Zoom Link to make it easier for everyone to access. 

Our Zoom Meeting ID is 810 023 6979 and the password for the room is 443955.  Click Here for A Direct Link We are hopeful we can use this for all future events and prevent the "where is the link" difficulties we experienced at Beltane. 

You can access the calendar of events on our website, on our google calendar. Of you can just look at this e-mail over and over! 

We will try to keep communication about all our events open and easy access if you have any troubles please don't hesitate to e-mail, call or use fb to contact an officer.

FUNDRAISING!

There are two things to mention here. The first is that we are still collecting donations for Stone Song Center. They are a non-profit nature sancuary and the venue for our Beltane and Stone Family Gathering events. They have been great to us, and we would like to repay the favor.  We were unable to have Belane and therefore unable to send Stone Song a large check for our lodging and food. If you have it to spare please consider donating to this awesome place what you might have spent for Beltane. Thank you to those who have already donated!

As you may expect... we are going to need to pull together and fund-raise in order to raise some stones in September. Since we will have missed several events that would have generated some income, we are a bit behind where we would like to be for our goal (approx $2,500)  Please look forward to hearing more about specific fund-raisers. If you have awesome ideas and would like to be included on the fundraising committee please send an e-mail to admin@stonecirclecouncil.org.
